MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Developing and maintain Revenue and Financial reports by translating functional requirements into easy-to-use, flexible reporting solutions and dashboards
• Solid understanding of Looker architecture including Cache configuration and solid LookML.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Users and Security
• Migrate existing Qlik and SQL reports and dashboards into Superset by understanding use cases and improving while migrating over to the new tool.
• Work closely with users and PMs to understand their use cases and translate these requirements into reports and dashboards.
• Convert underlining SQLs appropriately, depending on the tools you select.
• Build further ETL to optimize the reports and the dashboard performance
• Proven experience as a data analytics Developer role and BI professional
• Proficiency in building reports, dashboards and scorecards using BI tools such as Looker, Mode and/or Superset.
• SQL performance optimization on Data Warehousing platforms such as Hive/ Redshift/Presto
• Experience in ETL development using tools that require some programming language, such as Python
• Background in Analytics and Data Visualization techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable verbal and written communications to maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel
• Superset experience (preferred)
• Qlik/Tableau experience (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge or experience in ETL or computer programming (preferred

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent Data analytics skills with expertise in Data Exploration and Visualization
• Solid understanding of AI/ML and be able to present use cases
• Be able work independently with Business users and create meaningful insights to facilitate forecasting and data analysis using Looker platform.
• Solid understanding of scalability and availability of Looker platform to meet the performance standards
• Experience in analyzing database performance and be able to tweak the design of star schema/snowflake schemas

JOB DUTIES:

The ideal candidate will be working on daily basis with Business users supporting Revenue Accounting , Inventory Accounting and Financial Accounting to support their needs in Data evaluation and Data Visualization

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related Fields
• Any certifications in BI tools preferred
