Associates or Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of experience in the information technology or Finance and Insurance operations area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years experience in the information technology or Finance and Insurance operations area.
AND
• MS Office experience and experience with Office 365 collaboration tools
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet delivery objectives and effectively multi-task
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
• Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with intake request management and/or providing application software configuration services
• Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting software applications
Preferred
• Previous experience with Jira or similar demand management ticketing system or process
• Experience in Kanban or Agile delivery methodologies
• General understanding of Finance and Insurance products and operations
