Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 8+ years’ industry experience solving business problems through the application of analytic approaches preferred.
• 8+ years in systems and business and data analysis experience, working on complex projects.
• 5+ years of hands on experience in any MSSQL or Oracle is a must.
• 2+ years of hands on experience in ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica is a must.
• Proficiency in performing statistical analysis a plus
• Ability to adapt to position and stretch responsibilities, that will contribute to long-term goals of team
• Previous work experience applying a combination of analytical, technical and business acumen
• Demonstrated experience in challenging problems and driving outstanding results
• Absolute requirement to work well with team and others remotely through effective communication, time management and transparency of work.
• Experience blending creativity, relentless problem-solving, and business acumen
• Excellent communication, collaboration skills with “Can Do” attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and within tight timelines.
• Ability to speak in non-technical terms and explain technical concepts in crisp, clear, and plain terms
• Broad, applies experience with common computing platforms, legacy and modern development tools and languages, database management systems, and enterprise application integration technologies
