JOB DETAIL

 

Digital Business Analyst with experience in Adobe AEM and UI/UX experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of content management systems, especially Adobe CQ
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Ability to understand content and data structures · Ability to look further than the task at hand identifying interrelated dependencies to minimize overall project risk.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, prioritize and complete assignments by deadlines · Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task Serve as the key conduit to subject matter experts within the marketing department for requirements and analysis to define and manage requirements.
  • When development is complete or at key milestones, ensures the quality of the work product by undertaking (user acceptance) testing, partakes in the development and approval of documentation, manages bug reporting, constantly looks for opportunities to refine and improve products as well as synthesizing ongoing user feedback for potential feature enhancements. The BA also manages the help desk tickets.
  • Work with the business area to understand their requirements for any given new features and/or feature enhancements.
  • Articulate these requirements via the creation of a product requirements document to appropriate to the size of change being requested. Work with the development BA and design BA to refine and expand the requirements as needed during the design creation and technical development processes.
  • Assists product manager to socialize and garner approval from subject matter experts, & business stakeholders for design / tech user stories for new feature development and enhancements.
  • Work with the technical development (programming and QA) staff from the IT department to ensure that the change is developed and that any questions arising from the developers are answered in a timely and accurate fashion. Monitors project progress, resolves problems, prepares and distributes reports on project velocity.
