Our client, a leading retailer, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Flexible Fulfillment team.  This a contract-to-hire role that is fully remote.  The ideal candidate can sit in either the EST or PST zones due to the locations of other team members.  

Job Responsibilities

Study the roadmap and closely understand the priorities by aligning with Product Management

Assist in the refinement of enhancement opportunities by providing technical and delivery insights to Product Management

Create thorough documentation that refines each opportunity in a manner that is consumable by the engineering and QE teams, making delivery more efficient

Understand our QE processes and consider their workflows within all enhancement opportunities

Collaborate with third parties when necessary, providing clear communication and positive representation of the Flexible Fulfillment team
