Minimum 6-8 Years’ experience working on.Net technologies.

Strong technology background, solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management).

Experience in product Support and working in odd hours.

Responsible for maintaining .Net, VB and Angular applications using Client standard practices and techniques.

Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.

Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture of the existing business applications and debugging the same.

Assists the team in Root Cause Analysis and recommends solutions to fix the business incidents.

Responsible for generating reports utilizing IT standard methods.

Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership.

Exposure to Auto sys job schedule, monitoring.
