Position Responsibilities:
- Be representative of company for delivery activities software development projects
- Define and manage working process, model between client, onsite, offshore team
- Transfer and manage project scope, requirement; deliverables, acceptance criteria, to onsite and offshore team
- Communicate directly with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with assigned resources and project progress
- Be responsible for coordinating interaction between the offshore team, other departments and clients to solve issue/ problem in project
- Organize committee meetings with onsite-offshore-customer
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise onsite members and contractor
- Define resource plan; manage short/long term resource
- Escalate to higher management level to predict risk and solve issues if out of control.
