Should have a good understand of Agile, waterfall methodologies
Experience with conducting stand ups, scrum meetings and other meetings as a part of project start to release/s
Should be familiar with Jira and JIRA boards. Be able to customize scrum board as per requirement if needed
Should act as a servant leader
Good understanding of SDLC process.
Ability to act as a facilitator to the product owner and development team
Should have the ability to identify impediments at the right time and suggest solution to the team. Problem solving skills
Should be able to monitor, track and report progress daily weekly and monthly
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good time and conflict management skills
Needs to be able to define products, features and prioritize features along with Product owner/stake holder agreement.
Should be able to estimate level of efforts for developing features
Should have the ability to shape the product development and release based on discussions with stakeholders/product owner and feedback
