Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

1. Certified SCRUM and/or SAFe practitioner

2. Bachelor’s degree with at least three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

3. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, and data modelling.

4. Must have a strong customer orientation and a positive approach to interacting and serving customers (internally and externally).

5. Knowledge in Analytics reporting and data transformation via ETL.

6. Three years of experience using SQL.

7. Experience with Alteryx and Domo is a plus but not required

8. Strong data management and analysis skills

9. Strong oral and written communications skills.

10. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

11. Strong facilitation skills
