Description:
Leads the planning, development, and deployment of training and performance support initiatives for an SAP S/4HANA implementation:
• Ensures linkage to program level efforts and other team activities
• Acts as the communication focal point for SAP training issues
• Ensures timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation
• Establishes detailed team workplan and monitors activities
• Ensures full integration of the training plan with the project plan
• Ensures training considers best practices and upstream/downstream business impacts
• Establishes/Monitors training development processes
• Manages the work of training developers, provides direction and support
• Monitors quality review process and approves team deliverables as needed
• Conducts training needs assessments
• Develops job/role matrices
• Develops SAP training curriculum
• Communicates team status, direction, and any changes to these areas; provides timely feedback to team
• Orients new training team members
• Prepare trainers for training delivery
• Defines training data needs
• Defines program evaluation strategy and on-going training plan
• Defines training maintenance strategy
Deliverables:
• Training materials - course outlines, student guides, quick reference guides, Enable Now simulations, Exercises, data sheets
• Quality Review of training material – adherence to doc standards, adult learning theory
• Training logistics – scheduling, facilities setup, class preparation
• Data load, exercise development
• Train the Trainer development and deployment
• Curriculum development
• Development and management of training evaluation for continuous improvement opportunities
Acceptance:
Deliverables are updated daily and issues or gaps are raised to leadership on a timely basis.
