Our Columbus, Ohio client is seeking a smart and creative Full Stack Java / Angular Developer for an ongoing consulting role. Local preferred. Fully remote could work but local would be preferred. Job responsibilities include the following:
- Design, code, test, and debug software in modern software languages (e.g. Java, AngularJS).
- Implement and customize solutions for clients based on their requirements.
- Assist and guide the open-source community projects.
- Integrate software with multiple database platforms and external systems/platforms.
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
The candidates need to be experienced, strong, self-starters, and able to work very well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Looking for an analytical person who can code elegant solutions to solve tough problems and make software easy to use for end users.
- Should be a motivated self-starter with deep understanding of software fundamentals.
- Strong communication and team-based work skills are required.
