his position serves as a Senior-Level Application Developer within WSDOT with specialized knowledge, experience and expertise in developing software application projects in a fluid and dynamic environment.

a) Minimum 2 years’ experience in the last 8 years with SQL Server 2014 or higher.

b) Minimum 2 years’ experience in the last 8 years with ASP.NET

c) Minimum 2 years’ experience in the last 8 years with TFS or Azure DevOps (Git Control)

d) Minimum 2 years’ experience in the last 8 years with Visual Studio 2017 or later.

e) Minimum 2 years’ experience in the last 8 years with DevExpress controls for .NET f) Experience developing web applications using Blazor

Specific duties include:

• Perform analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of software using C#, WPF, and related technologies.

• Write and troubleshoot SQL Scripts.

• Generate XML files

• Communicate with web services to send and receive data.

• Develop Reports in SQL Reporting Services.

• Obtain an understanding of key business needs and work directly with end users to create effective solutions.

• Elicit, understand, and document complex business processes and translate them into solutions.

• Interact and consult with senior and midlevel managers of WSDOT business units, as well as key Subject Matter Experts.
