  • Prior experience with leading or developing Java based applications
  • Experience with Onsite and Offshore model
  • Experience with building client relationships and business development
  • Knowledge of Agile Process
  • Knowledge of Test Automation and Engineering mindset
  • Experience in gathering, presenting SLAs/Metrics        
  • Healthcare experience
  • Strong communication and inter personnel skills
