Skills Required:

•          Intermediate professional level role. Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with

            business strategies.

•          Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business.

•          Supports several moderately complex business processes.

•          Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior staff

   Experience Required –

• Typically has 3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience as a Business Analyst or Programmer Analyst.

• 3 years of cumulative team lead or project lead experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word and written documentation. Medicaid MMIS Specific Qualifications

• 2-3 years major healthcare payer experience

• Thrives in collaborative environment

• Works with minimal direction

• Business Process or Business Modeling experience

• Experience using clearly defined and repeatable processes

• Knowledge in requirements related or structured testing

• Experience supporting multiple concurrent systems

• Experience with MS project.

• Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools.
