This person will be responsible for building and maintaining software features and functionality for an internal .NET application supporting 3-5k users. The candidate can expect to do full stack development in an Agile environment, daily stand-ups and responsibility for front-to-end application feature development, including feature design, development, unit testing, etc.
Required Skills
- Strong and current development experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, Entity Framework
- Web-Related Technologies: HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout, JSON, Bootstrap, REST API, Web Services
- Database, Server & Applications: SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSRS, SSIS, Git, JIRA
- Experience with Databases (Relational and NoSQL), RESTful web services, AWS (or other cloud stack), Micro services, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to take ownership and make technical decisions on software development projects
- Relevant Experience with CI/CD concepts, tools and implementation
- Strong understanding of application architecture including load balancing, ports, security, LDAP, IIS, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write and evaluate T-SQL and/or PLSQL.
- Ability to analyze and understand existing enterprise applications and databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-directed, highly organized and adaptable with the ability to effectively multi-task as needed
