Here are some of the tasks we will need the developer to work on:

Java EE web service enhancements

Java upgrade on AIX servers

Upgrade from TLS 1.0 to 1.2 and resolve any issues encountered with Java EE services

Remove MSDTC dependency in Java EE  services

Migrate Java services source code from Bitbucket to GitHub

Support re-write of the Java EE services in Azure for NextGen

Skills needed:

Cloud or Hybrid integration development experience with Apigee or Dell Boomi

Building Java REST web services or APIs

DataPower or Web Service programming, configuration, code analysis and review, and develops and executes unit/integration tests, all at a medium to high level of complexity.

Parallel development experience using BitBucket or other Git source repository

Implementing CI/CD with Jenkins pipelines, Groovy scripting, Artifactory or equivalent and deployment automation using PPM, Xebia XL Deploy or similar.

Agile software tools such as Jira and Confluence

Experience with IBM WSRR
