Discovery: Lead process discussions to define use cases, high level requirements, design workshops and critical success criteria.
Shape demand: conduct process/data/technical assessments, coordinate with IT teams on solutions, costs, design, delivery. Build the business case and gain review approval(s).
Participate with other IT BAs on mapping data lineage for critical apps.
Shape migration and archiving projects for legacy Track wise systems.
