Migrate an existing application into a Kubernetes environment, actively contribute to the development of new features, and keep the application running.

Good communication skills are required to work remotely and collaborate with other teams and other project leads. Innovative thinking, able to come up with new ideas and solutions to problems.
JOB DUTIES:
Join an application development team to develop network diagnosis systems for internal use. The candidate is expected to work remotely and collaborate daily with the development and operations team. The team is spread across continental US and India. The candidate is expected to stand up a Kubernetes cluster from scratch and to containerize existing parts of the application to the Kubernetes environment. Respond and resolve production issues, perform code reviews, and implement industry-standard technologies to the project. Collaborate effectively with other teams to solve complex problems creatively. Must be proactive in finding issues and resolving them.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• At least six years of experience in Linux system administration and two years of Kubernetes experience is required.
• Python, Node.js, and SQL development experience.
• Ability to collaborate in a team, manage multiple assignments, and strong problem solving skills.
• Experience with product development using Git is a must.
• Willingness to learn and assess new technologies.
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Experience with the following telecom technologies: SNMP, Syslog, Apache Pulsar, Jenkins, NGINX, RSYSLOG.
• Experience in operations: maintaining a production environment up and running
• Experience with SAFe methodology
• Knowledge of LTE and 5G Topology.
