Responsibilities:
- Maintain key program data tables for internal and external reporting
- Manage and create tools to automate key operational tasks
- Create templates and other resources to improve program efficiency and create global consistency
- Conduct trainings, discussions, and other knowledge sharing opportunities between Accelerator Regional Operations Managers
- Hands-on support of local accelerator program operations, when necessary
Minimum qualifications (listed in order of importance):
- Superb written and in-person communication and influencing skills; first-rate personal, political, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with writing scripts for task automation / equivalent coding experience (Google Apps Script)
- An unrelenting attention to detail and pride for the work you do - no matter how grand or trivial
- Distinctive client and program and project management, problem solving, and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
- 2-3 years experience working within the startup space

- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Data analytics software experience
- Startup accelerator program experience
