- SAP SD/CRM with S/4 HANA experience.
- Good understanding of the customer data models in CRM and ECC and related processes including Service Delivery/ Agreements/Pricing etc.
- Work experience in SAP CRM sales/service/Marketing implementation in CRM 7.0 Ehp4 is highly desirable
- Experience in AET, EEWB, CRM BAPI/RFC, CRM BAdI/User exits is a must-have
- Working knowledge and experience in CRM workflow set-up is desirable
- Knowledge in configuration and maintenance of SAP Business workflow and business objects is preferable
- Knowledge of Internet Sales/E-service APIs in SAP CRM is preferable
- Knowledge of IPC, CRM pricing engine is preferable
- Experience with enhancing and reusing BSP components and BSP page (static and dynamic) navigation
- Must be familiar with data exchange with ECC using CRM Middleware
- Knowledge in Enterprise web service architecture and providing/consuming services from/to SAP CRM functionality is desirable
- Knowledge of CRM One-order framework is a must-have
- Exposure to SAP ERP modules will be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
