In this role, you will be supporting Fabrics sales and marketing team needs, with a focus on supporting sales performance vs forecast, developing insights to better meet the needs of the users and the organization. Additionally, you’ll troubleshoot and drive improvements to ensure high data quality and reporting integrity for datahub and tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day activities for the Sales analytics datahub run and maintain as well as continuous improvement
- Coordinate effort with ZS offshore team to drive issue resolution
- Analyzes and makes recommendations for improved data quality and reporting system automation. Ensures database reporting inputs are complete and current
- Analyze and support process improvement initiatives to improve sales productivity and improve analytics effectiveness
- Collaborates with sales, marketing and other relevant stakeholders to further understand analytics needs to better leverage existing internal and external analytics capabilities to improve Sales insight
- Drive initiatives to create, customize and maintain analytical reports, dashboards and KPIS to better support sales and marketing activities and improve insights into the sales and marketing organization
- Work within the Sales Operations team to analyze customer segmentation data and maintains the analysis process on annual basis
- Maintains ownership of the division’s sales estimation modeling (opportunity estimation) for account classification exercises, keeping up to date on industry trends, market research and external firmographic data.
- Work closely with Sales Planning to use the output of segmentation model to update account coverage mapping and resource deployment
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in statistics, business administration, finance or a related field
- 2-6 years in business analytics including experience in Analytics, Sales Analytics and strategy development within a B2B environment
- Demonstrated knowledge in data management and data platforms (such as Microsoft SQL Server or Tableau), statistical modeling packages (such as SAS, R and/or Python) and general office productivity software (such as Microsoft Office) with advanced skills using Excel
- Fluent in using Tableau to develop visuals and analytics
- Exposure and understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL tools
- Demonstrated:
- Strong coordination skills among gore stakeholders and ZS analytics vendor team
- Ability developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations leveraging recommendations supported through analytics
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into digestible storylines and meaningful recommendations
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to:
- Work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
- Tackle ambiguous and complicated problems by breaking them down into digestible chunks, applying a project management lens to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables
