The Department of Aging and Disability Services (ADS) is planning to deploy approximately 115 64 GB iPhone 11’s to staff in various Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) office locations across the state. ADS/BRS seeks a resource to assist with this iPhone implementation. This resource should be skilled in both iPhone configuration, functionality and training, as the role requires both technical and training skills. In addition, the resource will need to be well-organized and able to track completed vs. pending deployments and training.
DURATION: 3-6 Months
STATEMENT OF WORK – Mobile Specialist 3 (6-8 years experience):
• iPhone configuration and deployment of iPhone apps, including:
o Mobile Device Management app (Intune)
o MS Outlook
o MS Teams
o Adobe reader
o ADS Portal
• Following established Departmental procedures and specifications for configuration
• Scheduling, tracking and reporting on iPhone deployments
• iPhone initial training for department staff
• Creation of iPhone training documentation as needed
• Ability to work either remotely or on premises
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, e.g. Footprints
• Familiarity with remote working applications, e.g. MS Teams, Skype
• Friendly, “can-do” attitude
