STATEMENT OF WORK – IOS Developer III (6-8 years’ experience):

IPhone configuration and deployment of iPhone apps, including:

Mobile Device Management app (Intune)

MS Outlook

MS Teams

Adobe reader

ADS Portal

Following established Departmental procedures and specifications for configuration

Scheduling, tracking and reporting on iPhone deployments

IPhone initial training for department staff

Creation of iPhone training documentation as needed

Ability to work either remotely or on premises

Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, e.g. Footprints

Familiarity with remote working applications, e.g. MS Teams, Skype

Friendly, “can-do” attitude
