 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
 Perform data analysis around commercial deal management process to identify gaps and opportunities
 Meet with people involved with business /project to understand processes & tools to clarify specific requirements and project needs
 Ensure that all project streams are aligned and will be delivered on-time and within scope
 Report and escalate any project deviation to project team
 Perform risk management to minimize project risks
 Send weekly project updates to stakeholders

Requirements:
 Proven working experience in project management
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Project Management Professional (PMP)
 Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
