Our client seeks a Salesforce UX Designer to oversee UI/UX development in a complex, high-volume servicing environment. This resource will be required to heavily collaborate, brainstorm, take constructive end client feedback, and must be detail-oriented. Must be available to work CST hours.
- Mid to Senior level UX/UI designer
- Salesforce SLDS exp.
Responsibilities:
- UX Discovery - interview/workshop facilitation and documentation
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Storyboarding and User Flows
- Wireframes
- UI Design w/ Sketch/Figma/ Adobe XD
Education/Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- SLDS required
- 5-8+ years experience in developing UI/UX technology solutions.

- Used Sketch to produce wires
- Conceptual & practical experience in design decisions
- UI/UX for Desktop/iPad/Mobile
