Roles/Responsibilities (5 – 8 day to day candidate’s responsibilities): 
• Participate in requirement gathering discussions with business stakeholders and gather legacy to guidewire policy conversion requirements.
• Translate the requirements gathered into corresponding ETL requirements and be responsible to complete the ETL design.
• Review the overall design with corresponding IT stakeholders/architects and get consensus on the approach.
• Based on requirements gathered, analyze source system data-model and identify the entities and attributes that needs to be considered for extraction and transformation purposes.
• Work closely with Guidewire SMEs and technical team to understand the target values expected and various data scenarios that needs to be handled before loading the transformed data into Guidewire.
• Closely work with offshore team during IST overlapping hours and perform the necessary coordination activities. 
• Work with IT stakeholders of customer and provide periodic updates on the progress made.

Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills): 
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Experienced in leading end to end data warehouse/ETL based projects.
• Excellent working knowledge and Technical Skills in Informatica and strong SQL knowledge. 
• Experienced in Insurance domain.
• Good understanding of data model of guidewire platform and experienced in implementing data integration projects based on guidewire policy center data.
• Preferably experienced in working in GW Conversion Based Projects- Policy. 
• Excellent Communication Skills and onsite offshore coordination needed.
• Working in Agile project environments with direct client interaction Good grasp of technology and functional skills
