Education and Experience Required:
• Lead activities with business owners to gather requirements, monitor business decisions and manage documentation and communication
• Describe as-is/to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process, i.e. process, data, work flow, application etc.
• Adapt to apply different delivery methodologies including SCRUM, Waterfall, or Hybrid
• Record detailed requirements from business users through interviews, documentation and facilitated working sessions for approved projects and enhancements while complying with the main principles relevant to legal and regulatory controls that govern standard work practices
• Obtain understanding of customers' objectives, processes, products and services in order to make educated recommendations
• Create process models based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components
• Evaluate project impact through consultation with the business, regulatory, Information Technology management, development, quality assurance, validation and training teams
• Obtain feedback and manages change process while implementing the project plan(s)
• With minimal direction, uses requirements management tools and techniques to produce requirement artifacts such as User Stories, Use Cases, Requirement Lists/Specifications and Story-boarding,
• With minimal direction, use data query tools to perform data analysis, profiling and validation
• Create requirement specifications throughout the project life cycle, incorporating change requests and finalization of requirements documentation
• Analyze and manage requirement risk, trace ability matrix and prioritizes requirements
• With minimal direction, perform quality review checks on project deliverables
• With minimal direction, support development of test plan, testing, implementation and training activities
• With minimal direction, support post-implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits achieved. In case expected benefits not achieved, supports the analysis to determine root cause.
• Communicate effectively through different mediums at lower levels.
• With minimal direction, support system integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure original requirements are met, assists with the creation and execution of acceptance testing as needed
• Work with information technology roles to analyze and document impact of proposed technology to existing architecture and communicate any potential risks
• Establish and maintain appropriate communication and engagement with stakeholders
• Balance competing constraints of business need, services, technology, and quality to produce the specified product, service or result with minimal change requests required
• Record and report core metrics and status in a timely manner
• Ability to drive day to day prioritization of project work within assignments, working with project team to meet required project outputs.
• Able to conduct due diligence on transactions and processes in order to determine the risk profile and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Can complete risk registers so to include all major risks warranting a response to drive project success and recommend appropriate action.
• Able to independently collate and analyze data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats and make recommendations in order to support the decision-making process.
• Can assess and evaluate business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prioritizes work, in line with project plans in order to deliver customer requirements.
• Builds relationships with local team members to support delivery of projects.
