This person has to be part of this team along with a developer.

C#, multi thread, LINQ, Rest API, Unit testing, integration testing, GIT, CI/CD, Bamboo or Jenkins, Agile, following Scrum, RabbitMQ, PCF, etc…are the day to day activities. 

Candidate should have some experience with RabbitMQ or any messaging experience.
