Associate should be able to coordinate with Client and help them technically.
Should be able to play chief architect role and should be able to identify the most suitable technology stack and frameworks.
Should be able to design scalable architecture for Service oriented Applications.
Should contribute in all phases of development cycle. Should be able to articulate the requirement clearly and help technical support to the Client in all aspects of implementation.
Should be able to coordinate with Offshore and should make sure the flawless delivery.
