- Posting of actuals and provisions from the external system
- Pharma Contract terminology (Payer, Buying group, Participant, Average rate calculation, returns etc.)
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Experience in regulated environment (branded and generic pharma)
- Consulting and Client relationship skills, Excellent communication
- Liaise with business users, SMEs
- Ability to design/build/test across lifecycle of SAP project, for configuration and working with development team on specs and testing
- Conduct Requirements Gathering, prepare Functional Specifications, collaborate with offshore team for development, prepare training document
- Cross-functional SAP integration points
