We spend most of our time writing custom plugins and maintaining a few home-grown themes; solid PHP and WP dev skills are required.
We work both on the front-end and back-end of the sites, and we can use specialists or generalists.
We use Codeception and Jest for our Unit Testing requirements; familiarity with unit testing and TDD is a must, and experience with these tools would be nice to have.
We use Composer and GitLab for our workflow; experience using these (and git) is a required.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines would be nice to have.
