Seasoned Senior Project Manager to manage one of the organization’s “Must Win” initiatives. This is a highly visible initiative, with tons of exposure to leadership. 

Problem to be Solved

Address paint points associated with customer experience, excellence and efficiency for the HR workstreams focusing on platform enhancements and intelligent automation. Maximize configurations in WD/SFDC platforms and align roadmaps, automate rule based processes, create integrations of data sources and case management capability for all workstreams to enable frictionless execution

Business Value and Outcomes

Intelligent automation solutions which will improve the 3Es for TR, TM, ER & CC. Continue support of existing use cases for TA and Workforce reimagination in the IA methodology funnel
