- work as part of software development across 6 scrum teams (50 people) in day-to-day operational work including communications, status reporting, and resource oversight.
- Coordinate team efforts on production support issues and triaging bugs.
- Manage and coordinate parallel workstreams across teams
- Ensure the delivery of valuable, working software by proactively identifying, managing and communicating impediments to expedite resolution.
- Identifies and implement recommended process improvements to client stakeholder
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of deep understanding of Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot and Angular
- Background in development and providing support and troubleshooting assistance to Scrum Team members.
- Experience managing large-scale Agile application development projects and complex custom solutions with multiple Scrum teams
- Understanding of complex branching strategies and current coding standards
- Technically astute with ability to demonstrate a good understanding of Azure DevOps software development practices.
