This position will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Security projects for a Network Security team. You will work with every level of a large, enterprise organization, including the CEO, CIO, and other C-level stakeholders. You will primarily manage projects leveraging the waterfall methodology. However, some of the teams are using Agile or Hybrid methods to manage their workload. You will be responsible for leading large complex projects, or multiple medium size projects, that spans multiple systems and business areas; work with other project managers to manage interdependencies; manage/assist in project budget details and resource management; and, oversee procurement process involved in projects including developing RFI/RFP, developing strategy and approach for scoring/evaluation, management of the procurement process, contract negotiation, and successful vendor relationship management and communication. You will also provide the detailed project plan and roadmap for all levels of leadership; create and publish Program Charters, Risk, Decision and Action Logs; create, manage and track project budget to ensure accurate actuals and forecasts; manage Agile Kanban board via Version One or MS Teams; manage key metrics associated with Security Program; provide Program summaries to key stakeholders on a weekly basis; manage key meetings, agenda, notes, & decks; provide status reporting on key program status to various stakeholders; work with Project team to ensure activities are completed as scheduled; support Project team as needed with budget creation, tracking and reporting as needed; manage and support Project Team in tracking key project metrics; provide onboarding support for new contractors or employees; and, manage project SharePoint site Administration for key project deliverables.
