Minimum 5-8 years' experience as a Network Admin/Engineer or Sr. Network Admin/Engineer.
Practical, hands-on experience configuring and deploying Cisco network devices, specifically 650x, 3750 (v1, v2, and X), 3850, 29xx models including adding VLANs (layer-2), routing protocols (Layer-3), QoS, Services, Cisco Meraki and Monitoring. Working Hands-On with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS, etc.
HANDS-ON Experience configuring and deploying wireless equipment, wireless LAN (WLAN) standards, design, and protocols. Should be able to handle Wireless environment (WCS/Prime, ISE,WLCs, PoE, Light Weight Aps).
ADVANCED Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience on Cisco devices and handling general as well as critical network issues for both wired and wireless network, ability to use CLI to Troubleshoot Problems and Issues.
Experience in LAN vs WAN support, ability to work TICKETS and meet SLA Objectives
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Switching ( DC & Edge) , Routing, Citrix Load balancers, WAAS. Working and Hands-on knowledge on Routing protocols, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, First Hop Routing Protocols, Route Redistribution, Policy-Maps, Class-Maps, etc.
Should have experience in Site Visits, DR Test and DR Support
Ability to work with Capacity Planning and vendors on equipment procurement, returns and inventory
Need to have complete understanding of basic and advance F5 load balancer configurations
Applicant must have an understanding of load balancing strategies/techniques, expertise in application switching/traffic management, knowledge of persistence and SSL certificates
Experience supporting infrastructure to meet network requirements by monitoring performance and availability and tuning network infrastructure to meet SLAs for LAN, WAN, etc
