● Responsible for all Test planning, coordination and execution including the following:

o Test Plan Development

o Test Plan Execution

o Metric / KPI Tracking

o Status updates

o Successful implementation

o Stakeholder Engagement

o Effective uses of corporate mandated testing tools such s GITLAB

o Exit / Entrance Criteria

o Adherence to Corporate Policies / Standards

● Key liaison for business team and IT team for all testing matters. Responsible for building testplans, tracking execution and driving test closure with assigned business and Oracle cloud resources

● Setting expectations with Stakeholders regarding project outcomes as well as, success, and completion criteria

● Works in an agile environment to execute ERP Delivery

● Works closely with architects, functional and technical peers to deliver proper ERP solutions that efficiently support our business at scale

● Develops and maintains productive relationships with other team members and cross-functional partners across the enterprise

● Efficient and passionate problem-solver, able to work collaboratively

● Directs hands-on execution and delivery of large, complex projects of global scale and scope

● Strong leader that can motivate via influence, coach and guide team

● Identification of risks and issues ensuring proper escalations

Required Skills:

● Experience leading testing cycles in an ERP implementation 

● Hands on experience in building a test plan, sequencing testing events, review/authoring of test scripts and communicating plans to all stakeholders 

● Understanding of the Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Projects applications. 

● Ability to prepare metrics and executive updates on actuals versus plan 

● Ability to interact effectively with business partners to understand their business processes, needs and solutions 

● Exceptional customer service skills, in addition to extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. ● Must be able to communicate effectively with project team members globally 

● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks; effective multitasking skills are a must 

● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. 

● Ability to work in a fast- paced, high-tech environment juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines 

● Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high pressure situations and manage distributed teams with competing priorities with tight deadlines
