The RESEA/EAI Business Analyst will take the lead in working with our partner agency to restart our process that requires that all individuals who received UI must report for a RESEA/EAI appointment. DWS turned off this scheduling in March and we need this position to help get it started.

Knowledge

Analytical Skills: Documents business requirements, from complex business processes and data flows, data integration documentation/diagrams, business rules and technical specifications 

--Develops and maintains business workflows and processes 

--Audits and reconcile data with other State and Federal agencies

–Leadership role in Testing new software development and enhancements  

--Facilitates meetings for the purpose of gathering business requirements or related activities 

--Test, resolve and respond to unit technical and workflow questions/issues documents defects and developing remediation plans  

Technical Knowledge:

--A work history showing significant knowledge at the highest technical level of applications systems analysis

--Knowledge of software testing tools and business process modeling tools related to software development 

 –Extensive experience in full life cycle of  database driven application development
