·         Should have a minimum of 6+ years of ABAP experience and must have at least 2-3 years in the ABAP HR (HCM). 
·         Excellent Knowledge of SAP HCM knowledge from the ABAP perspective i.e using HR logical data bases related statements.  
·         Should understand basic of US HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes and Finance tables as they integrate with SAP Payroll. 
·         Perform SAP HR Development activities in support of the business request to improve or add functionality to the existing SAP HCM landscape.  
·         Should have a very good knowledge and understanding of ABAP objects. 
·         Must have experience in designing ABAP interfaces, specially using ABAP Proxies 
·         Strong knowledge of Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP HR issues  
·         Should have good knowledge of PA and OM and basic tables related to SAP HR.  
·         Execute enhancements/developments for large or small projects based on business.  
·         Perform and develop SAP HCM RICEF objects.  
·         Experienced in testing, quality analysis and through knowledge of integration testing. 
·         Highly motivated self-starter with ability to handle and meet tight deadlines.  
·         Good Understanding of both business processes and technical specifications.
