·  Candidate should have a minimum of 10 Years of Total experience with a total of 8 years of SAP Experience.

·  Should have worked in the different areas of SAP Production Planning S&OP, Demand Management, MRP, MPS, Long Term Planning, Shop Floor control, MES interfaces.

·  Should have worked in 1 to 2 End to End implementation Projects. Should have Knowledge and experience in handling support tickets and process.

·  Should be a team player who has the capability to mentor his team members and lead them towards set targets. Should have capability to work hands on tickets for resolving complex/ageing tickets in addition to managing the team

·  Should have excellent analytical, Problem solving, written and oral communication skills. Candidate should be able to present his/her ideas to the users and should be able to influence/convince users for ticket closures.

·  Should be Self driven/task oriented individual who is capable of completing the tasks with no/minimal supervision
