Required Experience/Skills/Attributes:

•             Should be able to work with business in the ideation phase of a project and gather requirements

•             Should have extensive health care domain knowledge 

•             Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.

•             Supervising the design of new products and evaluating 

•             Identifying and addressing operational and technological risks within the business.

•             Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Desired Experience/Skills/Attributes:

•             Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

•             Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.

•             Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.

•             Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.

•             Creating monthly performance reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:            

•             Drive & execute the duties and responsibilities of the Lead Business analyst 

•             Come up with requirement document / User stories 

•             Need to design Wire frame design documents 

•             Should be able to covert ideas from business to requirements .
