Please see the notes below in Blue. They need to have very good communication skills, like a more traditional BA would have. Not a techno-functional H1B BA. 

NOTE: We are not looking for your typical H1B techno-functional BA because they tend to be strong technically, but lack the BA and communication skills needed for this role.  
 
Project:
They have a large custom built solution for all their leases and assets on the EBS side.  This resource will learn the solution to understand the customer data and then work with the developer and business to gather requirements for the new reporting needs. They have all custom tables and functionality on the Oracle side. They will work with the business on huge report with will combine data from multiple sources for reconciliation. They will be designing and mapping custom OBIEE objects with catalog and RPD.  They will create analysis reports using custom objects.


Looking for an Oracle BI Business Analyst resource for a project that will focus on building reconciliation tools that combine data from multiple Oracle EBS modules/sources (Property Manager, GL & other custom sources). The candidate must be US based and will be remote to start. Our offices are based in Marlborough, and may transition back to on site at some point (TBD).

Environment:
* ATC uses a combination of custom data warehouse reports & custom BI Publisher reports
* ATC uses OAS (Oracle Analytic Server) platform for the front end reporting
(Note: they just upgraded are OBIEE to latest version).


Must haves:
* Experience working with developers to design & map custom OBIEE objects (catalog & RPD)
* Experience working closely with developers & interacting with the business to gather requirements
* Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Tools
* Experience with SQL and ability to analyze a large volume data (how tables work)
* Strong documentation & communication skills
* Experience writing use cases, functional documents, designing test scripts, supporting users during testing
* Experience coordinating with offshore resources as needed


Nice to haves:
* Oracle EBS background a plus
* Understanding of the reconciliation process from subledgers to GL
