Technical IT Program Manager Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. Oversees all aspects of projects. Coordinate deadlines, responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, and other departments involved in the projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and facilitates the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with technology and business teams on enterprise-level projects. May include M&A activities, system integrations, process re-engineering, and other areas of focus.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

At least 7 - 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong Scrum Master experience. Experience with project management methodologies and techniques. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. facilitate and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Oral skills are sufficient to explain needs to technical personnel and technical information to users.
