JOB DETAIL

•         Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, 2+Years in managing Service Now Projects, 10+ years of IT Experience

•         Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certifications

•         Experience Managing Projects in Scrum Methodology for Service Now - Service Now Catalog development, Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).

•         Experience Managing Projects in Scrum Methodology for Service Now - Implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of Service Now

•         Excellent Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.

•         Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements

•         Must be able to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings

•         Deploy the SCRUM framework within our existing Process Controls SCRUM Team

•         To participate in the program level planning and related events to represent the team

•         Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework and the ability to coordinate people and projects keeping focus on deliverables and outcomes

•         Must have wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

•         Frequently contributes to the implementation of new standards and methods.

•         Work is accomplished without considerable direction and/or coordinates activities of other personnel. Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment, and determines the methods and procedures needed for new assignments

•         Works directly with Architects and Business Analysts to manage the technical aspects of the IT project

•         Leverages formal change management processes to manage changes to scope, cost, schedule and to ensure alignment in expectations

•         Provide coaching of core roles as part of the Scrum practices, facilitating, create and maintain artifacts, and assist the business user/stakeholder

•         Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions
