- Technical: Microfocus Load Runner, Manhattan Warehouse Management, HP Quality Center
- Minimum 3+ years of hand-on experience in LoadRunner developing performance testing scripts and handling large team of Performance Engineers
- Good experience in debugging performance issues in applications (SAP/Java/.NET), application code, integrations and providing performance tuning recommendations
- Usage and administration of performance tuning and monitoring tools across SAP and Java applications
- Experience in taking trace, analyzing trace logs, and coming up with performance tuning recommendations
- Knowledge of performance testing on various protocols specifically HTTP, Web and SAP.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop Performance Test Strategy and Plan for SAP systems, Perform Estimates, Track Budget, Coordinate across teams and across time-zones, ability to work extended hours depending on need of the project/programs.
- Guide, manage and validate LoadRunner scripting
- Manage execution of performance tests.
- Analyze and report the results.
- Tuning recommendations.
