The Oracle Cloud Operations Lead is responsible for being the lead support for Operations/Supply Chain systems. The ideal candidate will work to gather and document detailed requirements for business needs and translate those into technical specifications. You will collaborate with other team members including end users, business analysts, architects, or web services teams to determine functional and/or technical solutions and designs

SCM Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the Oracle ERP/SCM platform, including roll-out and testing of updates and enhancements
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Oracle Cloud system end-users; develop and maintain functional system configuration documentation and processes.
  • Responsible for support of these applications using tools (i.e. myOracleSupport or project documentation) and research options to resolve issues.
  • Complete both hands-on configuration of the platform as well as management of outsourced support resources.
  • As a member of the Production Support team, ensure incidents, Oracle enhancement requests and Oracle Service Requests (SRs) are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Understanding of how Oracle Cloud system configurations enable the business processes, specifically for SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement)
  • Serve internal customers with a high level of service by increasing the understanding of systems, engaging in month-end support activities and cross-functional support
  • Plan and execute small to medium sized projects or tasks and make substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives.
  • Provide reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques including the ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems.
  • Consistently demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization.
  • Responsible for financial data analytics, including but not limited to routine and adhoc data analysis.
  • Serve internal customers with a high level of service by proactively identifying systems improvements.
  • Utilize tools such as My Oracle Support and Service Now ticketing system
  • Builds and maintains productive relationships across stakeholders
