Front End Skills (Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML and CSS), Spring Framework, Web Services (SOAP and Rest), Oracle/SQL Server, AWS – S3 Buckets, RDS, Beanstalk, CloudFormation, DevOps tools and Agile Methodology.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key Agile ceremonies.
- Manage development scope based on sprint timelines
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Work closely and collaborate with other scrum team members on the product backlogs prioritized
- Prepare and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation and code as applicable
- Identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements
- Adopt development practices that focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
