  2. Ability to carry out L2 activities based on SOPs provided
  3. Ability to triage the production incident by analyzing the source codes
  4. Experience in creating technical system understanding documents and SOPs
  5. Experience in working on batch jobs, understanding of job schedules and dependencies (resource/negative)
  6. Experience in RDBMS concept & SQL store procedure
  7. Good at analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Excellent communication skills
