Project Overview: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for project management in Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry (CMD) IT

The position will plan and lead the end-to-end activities in development projects including projects progress reporting to management. We are looking for candidates with extensive proven track record in leading projects from start to finish, and possessing strong interpersonal, influencing & communication skills. We offer interesting new development projects in innovative, candid, multidisciplinary and international working environment.

You will be a part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and working closely with other Project Managers within Divisional and Enterprise IT to successfully deliver the committed projects in the CMD roadmap

Role Scope / Deliverables: • Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.
• Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.
• Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Ensuring on-schedule and on-specification delivery of projects.
• Ensuring all phase gates reviews are successfully completed and meet the stakeholders buy-in
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.
• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates

Key Skills: • Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP/ERP/PLM projects successfully from start to finish
• Strong interpersonal, influencing & communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and readiness to continuously to develop
• Strong change agent and willingness to adapt to the situation
• Have a drive to deliver and uses data to make effective decisions
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• 6-8 years of business experience in ERP functional area.
• 4-6 years of project management experience
• Excellent customer service skills required.
