From Client:

I need to hire a PM contractor for roughly 9 months for a project that is just starting up. The person needs to be able to manage a large scale program along with heavy interaction with senior management and stakeholders. The person can be remote, but must have strong experience in managing software development and infrastructure projects ideally with background in telecoms.

Notes from client call:

3 to 6 months work with architecture of what this project needs to be, this is well defined so no work here.

Implementation has not started yet. Take all this documentation absorb it and put it together it very quickly

Only official project manager in the team. There is another person in the team who is PMP certified but is not senior level to drive the project at the level where it needs to be done.
