Role: Java support Consultant
Location: Cincinnati ,OH
Must have:
- Technical skills: Spring Boot, REST API Concepts, Unix/Linux scripting, SQL, Angular, Java, Github, JIRA, Cassandra, Neo4j, TeamCity
- Ability to carry out L2 activities based on SOPs provided
- Ability to triage the production incident by analyzing the source codes
- Experience in creating technical system understanding documents and SOPs
- Experience in working on batch jobs, understanding of job schedules and dependencies (resource/negative)
- Experience in RDBMS concept & SQL store procedure
- Good at analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- Concepts on PCF & Cloud (Azure)
- Experience in working with TWS (Job scheduler), Dynatrace, Echo, Grafana, MQ / Kafka (messaging), DB2, & Netezza
- Understanding of UI scripting. React.js / Angular.js.
- Experience in Retail domain
- Understanding on Agile manifesto
- ITIL certification
- Knowledge in Do’s and Don’ts in production support
- Knowledge in change management
- Understanding on deployments “Risk” levels
- Experience in Incident & Problem Management areas
